• Provide personal care and support in all aspects of personal hygiene, medication, mobility and communication; assist in meal preparation, feeding, light housekeeping; provide social & meaningful companionship, observation, safety and conservation; and report changes in patient’s behavior to designated manager or client.

Minimum Requirements

Holder of Certificate for PSW, and, if applicable, certified by the National Association of Career College (NACC) or National Association of Certified Personal Support Worker

Has minimum 1 year clinical experience related to job descriptions

Has Police record clearance

Has medical clearance

Has taken CPR training for Health Care Provider (HCP)
